The Obama Administration can solve the financial crisis and the U.S. immigration crisis as follows:
Allow all persons who are foreign nationals who have good moral character (no criminal record) in the U.S. without status to buy (for about $5,000.00) a green card and allow them to get a social security number (so that they can pay taxes and drive) and regularize their status.
The monies can be used to bail-out the financial industry.
The best part of this proposed initiative is that it can be sold as a "Republican" initiative!
